This standard relates to the assignment because we had to write and create a business plan and create a page for each of the separate categories. We had to use visuals and state our strengths and such as organization. Because we had to work in groups, we were told to collaborate and work with one another while respecting and coming together. We also had to present to the teachers(SHARKS) while stating who we are , our strengths and state the facts and important information about our business. We had to use information and be able to support it. For the brochure, we had to emphasize our evidence and reasoning with details such as pricing, mission statement and etc. For the power point, I had to make a visual display of our business's strengths and interests.

2. What are the steps you took to complete and do well on this assignment?
In order to do well on the business plan, I think the most important aspect was teamwork. I had to work and cooperate with my team mates to complete and do well. In order to do well, I took my time and took good notes in class so that when I wrote the drafts, I would know how and what to do. When I wrote the final draft, I looked over all of my team mates' drafts and tried to choose the best ones to mix together to create our final business plan. I also had to take my time on this project because it was not something that I was able to complete within a day. I had to be patient and discuss and rely on my team mates as well.

The assignment demonstrates the strength of communication and team work. For part of our business plan, we had to work together and we had to talk and agree with each other to create our business plan. It also demonstrates the strength of writing as well. We had to be able to combine and choose the best draft to make one final business plan. Another strength it demonstrates is the strength of organization. A business plan is very neat and organized so when we were making ours we had to make sure everything was in the right place.
4. I could have improved my work on this assignment by..
I could have improved my work on this assignment by taking more time to write more drafts of the business plan. I could have more carefully looked over the other team mates versions of the business plan to create a better final draft. I could have also discussed more with my team mates as I was typing the business plan. I could have taken more time to double check my work because I also had a lot of simple mistakes.
5. How will you apply the skill you learned from this assignment in either the real world, when you are an adult, or in their classes while you are still a student?
I will apply the use of writing a business plan when I go to college and if I decide to major in the business field. Then I would use the skill and experience of writing a business plan to get a good grade. I can also use the skill of organization in everyday life. I can use it now in school so that i don't loose any assignments. I can also use it when i'm solving or writing for assignments in classes so that the outcome is good.
