REWRITTEN STANDARD: List the powers of the government written in the constitution and the free rights promised to the people by the Bill Of Rights.
This standard relates to the assignment of the booklet because as we were making the rough draft of the booklet in class, we also learned about the free rights the constitution ensured to us. Within those rights, we learned about the ten main fundamental liberties (Amendments) that the Bill Of Rights ensured to us. In our booklet, we had to write and illustrate what the 10 Amendments were and examples of each. We also had to write a paragraph explaining which of the 10 Amendments we valued the most and why.

As I was choosing and writing about which Amendment I valued the most, I took my time to thoroughly explain why.

5. How will you apply the skill you learned from this assignment in either the real world, when you are an adult, or in their classes while you are still a student?
I can use the skill of creativity in everyday life. I will use it when I have other projects to make it look nice. I will also use the skill of using other ways to represent an idea or theme within classes when I have to do assignments that require me to relate one subject to another. I will also use the knowledge of the the Bill Of Rights and the Amendments in future history classes. I will also use the skill of referring back to my notes in future classes when I need to review or study. I can also use the skill when I have to do another project that requires me to use the notes we took in class for reference.
